Dear Delfs Brothers,

This is a letter to express my appreciation for the great work you did on our basement remodel. We are very impressed with the fine quality of workmanship shown in all of the work done at our house. Everything from the texture on the ceiling to the shelf in the utility room reflect the high standards of your work.

Your workmen were always pleasant and fun to be around and they were very good at picking up all of their work area at the end of each day. And, perhaps best of all, they were there when they said that they would be. I could count on them.
